  1. 250 gmsIdli batter
  2. 2chopped Mango
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 cupbuttermilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take bowl put idli batter, salt, mango chunks and mix it properly with buttermilk.

    Then take Idli stand and put mango batter on each mould and put in the cooker without whistle and rubber.

    Steam for 5 minutes and check with fork. Your mango Idli is ready to eat.
