Heat up frying pan and once its hot, add veg oil and then onion once its hot,

Add snail and stir once the snail is cooked through, add tomatoes and pepper and allow it fry for about 5 to 7 minutes

Add salt, knorr cube; stir and allow it simmer on low heat

Remove from heat and serve with fried rice

This is a recipe I got from a cooking specialist that I really respect. I've made this countless times over the past 10+ years and added my own spin. It's a very special recipe.Above all else, it's very crucial to simmer the onions for 20 minutes. This is what brings out their sweetness.
