Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupboiled and shredded chicken
  • 1 cupgreen onion
  • 4-5boiled eggs
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 1 tspmustard paste
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1-2 tspchilli sauce
  • Frozen roll patti (leave it for 15-20 mins at room temperature)
  • Maida+water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add boiled chicken, green onion, boiled eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, mustard paste, soy sauce and chilli sauce.

    Mix them well.

  3. 3

    Filling is ready.

  4. 4

    Take one patti and put filling in it and roll it with maida and water mixture.

  5. 5

    Repeat the same with all rolls.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls.
