Take out the juice of oranges and take out the white portion of the orange peel and there should be no white portion left as this can spoil the taste of marmalade. Finely cut the peelings of orange in juliens.

Take a utensil and put orange juice, water and orange peel and sugar in it cook on medium to high flame and cook 40-45 minutes.

When the mixture start to gets thicken then drop the mixture on the plate with the help of the spoon and if the drop does not fall on the plate. Now turn off the gas.

Add lemon juice in it and mix it well and put it in glass jar. keep it in fridge and use it for 2-3 month.
