Ingredients

  • Left over Rice
  • Mirepoix (Diced veges) i used,carrots,tomato,green pepper &onion
  • Lettuce and dania for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Blunch the carrots first because of its hard fibre

    Cut the onions,tomatoes and greenpepper into fine cubes

  3. 3

    Use Lettuce to spread as a garnish, mix ur Mirepoix with the rice and serve
