Found this online somewhere and wrote it down. Good thing I did, can't find the recipe again but it's a keeper for sure.
I like to serve it warm with homemade vanilla ice cream.

Found this online somewhere and wrote it down. Good thing I did, can't find the recipe again but it's a keeper for sure.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside

Mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil until well blended.

Peel, core, and chop apples.

Add to egg mixture. Stir until well coated.

Mix flour and baking soda.
- 6
Add to Apple mixture. Mix well until flour is absorbed.

Pour into prepared pan. Smooth down and bake for 55 minutes.
