Corn capsicum pasta

One more healthy brunch option for those lazy weekends..... a power packed blend of wheat pasta and nutritious corn!
Onion,capsicum,boiled corn,red chilli flakes,garlic,wheat pasta,olive oil,oregano and tomato ketchup is all that you need to start with.
Heat a spoonful of oilve oil in a pan,add chopped garlic to it.
Then add onions and saute for a minute.
Now add capsicum. Cook for a minute and then add boiled corn. Add salt as per taste.
Switch off the flame and now get pasta ready. Boil water in a wide pan,till it reaches a rolling boil. Now add salt to it. Put in pasta,let it boil for about 7 to 8 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally. Once the pasta is cooked,drain out water and add it to the veggies.
Now garnish with oregano flakes,chilli and tomato ketchup and its ready to be served!

Boil/pressure cook corn till it is tender.

Chop veggies,keep the pieces chunky.

While the pasta is boiling,take another pan,heat 1 tsp olive oil in it.

Saute capsicum again for a minute,add corn and switch off the flame.

After pasta is cooked,drain out water from it and add pasta to the veggies.
