Steps

Melt coconut oil in frying pan over high heat & add spring onions, ginger and chicken - stir fry for 2 mins/until chicken browned

Add spinach/spring greens and cook for 1 min then add rice and 2 tbsp water

Cook until rice is hot and chicken cooked

Take off heat and add soy sauce, sesame oil and coriander
