Steps

In a large mixing bowl take curd, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder.

Add water and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter. Add tutti frutti and mix.

Grease the mould with butter to avoid sticking and line butter paper at bottom of tray.

Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould or bread mould. Level up the batter and pat the tray.

Place the cake tray into preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes.

Cut into slices and serve.
