Ingredients

  • 1broiler chicken
  • 1/2tspn basil
  • 1/3tspn oregano
  • 4tspn parprika
  • 3tspn white pepper
  • 1tspn black pepper
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2tspn tyme
  • 1/8milk
  • 2eggs
  • 2/3salt
  • 2 tbspngarlic
  • 1tpspn ginger
  • marinating_
  • 3_4 cloves garlic
  • 1ginger root crushed
  • Pinchsalt
  • Saseme oil
  • Light soysauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken overnight

  2. 2

    Mix the spices with flour.

  3. 3

    Mix the eggs with milk.

  4. 4

    Deep the chicken in eggs then into flour you can repeat twice to evenly coat the chicken. Then Deep fry for about 15 min.

  5. 5

    Repeat in hot oil for 5 min and drain into a paper towel enjoy hot
