Take sugar and 3cups water boil add cardamom powder and turn off flame. Add rose petals and rose syrup.

Boil milk and add lemon juice for curdle. And strain in muslin cloth. Pour normal water to remove lemon juice taste and smell and squeeze paneer tightly in cloth.

Now take paneer in a big vessel and mash with hand add orange food colour or rose colour,rose water milk powder corn flour and make oval shape or round shape and boil in rose water for 5-7 mins on medium flame cover the lid.Open and let it cool.

Put it in a freeze and serve chilled.Garnish with silver balls. Yummy delicious rose jamun is ready to serve.
