Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Medium sized Carrot (thin sliced)
  2. 1Onion (cut in cubes)
  3. 1Tomato (deseeded and cut in cubes)
  4. 1/2Capsicum (cut in cubes)
  5. 1/2 CupCottage Cheese (cut in cubes)
  6. 1/2 CupBroccoli (cut in cubes)
  7. 1/2 CupSteamed Long Beans (sliced)
  8. as neededGreen Chillies (sliced/chopped)
  9. as neededGinger and Garlic (sliced)
  10. 1 PinchTurmeric
  11. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  12. To TasteSalt
  13. as neededOil For Cooking

Steps

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan and heat up. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a while.

  2. 2

    Add all the vegetables one by one and sauté each after adding to oil. Add turmeric and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes with lid on.

  3. 3

    Add Paneer and sauté carefully so that it doesn't breaks.

  4. 4

    Add salt and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes without lid and turn the heat off.
