Steps

In a bowl take gram flour,salt, red chilli powder. Make rough paste of chilli-cumin-ajwain. Now add this paste into gram flour.

Now add water little by little and make a paste. In this add 1 Tsp hot oil and mix well.

Now cut Sponge Gourd into round shapes.

In a pan heat oil. Now deep this rounds into prepared mixture, coat well and fry in to hot oil on low flame.

Spong gourd pakoda is ready to serve.
