Rinse the Okra with fresh water few times and wipe with dry cloth and slit them vertically into long pieces.

On sliced bhindi sprinkle all powders one by one including the salt, mix gently with help of a spoon, Now add some gram flour and mix it well, Marinate this mixture with 6 tablespoons Oil for 30 minutes.

Add 4 tablespoons of oil in kadhai and once oil is heated add batch wise okra and deep fry them till they turn crisp and golden brown.

Drain oil and serve Crsipy fry okra with hot Parathas
