Steps

In a pan add little oil, chopped scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic paste and saute

Add sliced onion, carrots, yellow pepper, sweet pepper and red bell pepper and fry for a few minutes

Per boil the noodles and drain the water
- 4
Pour the per boiled noodles into the pan, add the seasoning and chilli peppers and stir fry for a few minutes
- 5
Served with boiled egg and roasted chicken
