Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupfine salt
  • 2 tbspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspgarlic granules

    Combine all the ingredients together in a jar. Cover with the lid and shake well. Will keep for up to a year.

    Grease to use with beef, poultry, pork, fish, and vegetables.
