Parboil and wash the rice.

Stir fry beans,sweet corn,green peas,beans,green pepper in vegetable oil.

Boil the rice again for 10minutes add the coconut flavour,stockcubes,thyme and salt.

Heat up vegetable oil fry the rice a bit add the stir fry veggies and fry small.
