Ingredients

  1. 300 gplain flour
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 20 gbutter
  4. 2 tbspmilk powder
  5. 4 gDry yeast
  6. 1 tbspMilk for brushing
  7. 1 tbspbutter for brushing
  8. as neededOil or butter for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl take 3/4 cup Milk and 1tbsp sugar add yeast and mix well. Rest in warm place for 5 minutes or until the yeast activates.

    Now add flour and salt combine the flour and yeast mixture and mix well.

    The dough turns sticky, continue to knead for 10minutes, knead until the dough turns soft. Add butter and again Knead the dough.

    Dough will absorb all the butter and turns to Super soft dough.Now cover with cling wrap and rest for 2 to 3 hours in a warm place. Allow raising the dough until double in volume.

    Now punch the dough and knead and cut the dough into 5 equal pieces. Grease the try with butter and take a ball sized dough and form a smooth ball.

    Place the balls into a tray. Place them leaving equal space in between. Now brush the dough with milk cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 20 minutes.

    Now preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Once the pav is out of the oven, rub with butter to get a shiny look. Now cover with a wet cloth to get a super soft pav and allow to cool completely.

    Finally, enjoy bread pav.
