Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundspoblano peppers
  2. 8.8 ouncespanela cheese
  3. 1/2onion, sliced
  4. 2chicken bouillon cubes
  5. 1 canevaporated milk
  6. Oil

    Roast the peppers on a griddle.

    Once well roasted, place them in a plastic bag to sweat.

    After about 20 minutes, remove the skin and seeds, and wash them well.

    Now fill the peppers with the panela cheese and set aside.
