Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and add enough water to cover all the vegetables.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Blend the vegetables into a mushy paste. Add more water if its too thick. Check seasoning and enjoy.
