  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 3onion thinely sliced
  3. 2tomatoes pureed
  4. 1.5 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tsptomato sauce
  6. 1/4 cupthinely sliced capsicum
  7. 1/2tomato chopped
  8. 2red dry chillies
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  13. 1/2 tspjeera
  14. 3 tspoil
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 2 tspfresh coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer length wise

    Thinely slice onion and capsicum,chop tomato and ginger garlic paste.assemble the spices.

    Heat oil.add jeera and onions.then add ginger garlic paste.saute till raw smell goes away.

    Add tomato puree,chopped tomato and capsicum with all spices and sauce

    Saute fr a min then add paneer with kasoori methi.

  6. 6

    Cook for 2-3mins till everything is well incorporated.Add fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or nan!
