Valentine's Day Decorated Chocolate Buns - Bread Machine Version Valentine's Day Decorated Chocolate Buns - Bread Machine Version
As soon as Valentine's Day starts to approach, lots of bread shops start to sell bread with chocolate in them, so I promptly made some myself. As suggested by Cookpad user "Panettone", I put them in paper muffin cups and decorated them in a cute way. I fussed over the kind of dough to use because using an overly soft dough would take a long time and the surface would be uneven.I use a Panasonic Home Bakery bread machine (1 loaf version) and set it on the "Bread Dough" program.Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature before using.I use a SHARP oven for the rising of the dough.I usually use caster sugar when making bread, but I used light brown sugar in this recipe. Please use whichever you prefer. For 10 buns. Recipe by Banyangarden cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Banana Stick Bread Rolls Chocolate Banana Stick Bread Rolls
Freshly baked banana bread with banana kneaded into the dough is light and fluffy and has an irresistible sweet scent when freshly baked. But when I tried to knead it by hand, the dough was so sticky, I had a lot of trouble. I changed the ratio of ingredients and shape of the bread little by little, to come up with this easy-to-make recipe.Regular bread dough may start out sticky but gradually become smoother and easier to handle, but this dough starts out stiff and becomes softer and softer. It also won't rise much, so you may be concerned, but when it's baked it will be properly airy and light. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
Chestnut and Milk Tea Bread Rolls Chestnut and Milk Tea Bread Rolls
When I was going to make some tea-scented bread, I remembered that I had a lot of chestnuts simmered in their skins in syrup that I'd made before, so I added them into the bread. It smelled so nice! And the sweetness was just right! The bread was delicious! The dough is on the soft side, so if it doesn't come together after kneading it for a while, add a little bread flour, or else reduce the amount of milk tea you add. When putting the rolls on the baking sheet, leave as much space between them as possible since they will increase in volume. You can add tea leaves to the dough too. Bread Rolls Bread Rolls
Bread rolls were the first kind of bread I ever made. I made these rolls with my favourite dough. When the dough is not stretching well, cover with a tightly wrung out kitchen towel and let it sit for a little while.I used about 1/2 an egg for the dough and the remaining for the glaze.
