Ingredients

400 gmmaida
100 gm rawa/ suji
1 pinch Baking soda
1 tsp sugar
as neededLassi or curd according to batter of maida

Take a bowl. Add maida, rawa, salt, sugar, soda mix well. Make a dough with the help of lassi or curd.

Cover the dough with wet cloth. After 1hrs dough is ready for bhutre. Take a big kadhai add oil and preheat it. Make a equal rolls by dough. And fry in oil,brown crispybhature is ready.
