Ingredients

  1. 3long potatoes
  2. as requiredDried rosemerry oregano and mixed herbs
  3. as per tasteBlack salt
  4. as per tasteRed Chilli powder
  5. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes in 1 cm thickness. Cut them into sticks. Now in a cold water add all the potatoes for 30 minutes. Now take out the potatoes on napkin and dry it till napkin absorb all the water.

    Now fry all the potatoes for 3 mnts then take it out. Now in second batch fry the potatoes for 5 mnts till it becomes crunchy from out side and golden in colour. Now in third batch on low flame fry the potatoes. Take it out in a tissue paper. And all rosemerry chilli powder salt oregano. And toss it.Serve it with tomato ketchup..
