Steps

Knead a dough by mixing maida,ghee and salt,knead by adding water, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a pan add ghee saute cumin, add boiled potato add spices mix and cook for few minutes and keep aside for cool.

Now take a poori size dough from maida, spread by palm and stuff potatofilling seal and deep fry in hot ghee.

Now ready serve with tea or sauce.
