2 cupsself raising flour
5eggs separated
1 tbspvanilla essence
1/2 cupoil
1 cuppowdered sugar
1/2 cupmilk
4 tbspinstant coffee
4 tbspmelted margarine

Prepare everything.preheat the oven to 200°.beat the egg whites till it forms peaks.grease the pan

In a bowl add the yolks and whisk.add sugar,add oil,whisk,add vanilla and milk+coffee then mix well

Add the flour and finally mix.gently fold in the egg whites and bake at 180° for 35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
