Ingredients

  1. 4Baby Hake (Cleaned & Deboned)
  2. 3Small Eggs
  3. 1 tspfresh milk
  4. 1 tspdry parsley
  5. 1 cupcake flour
  6. 1/2 cupmild southern coating
  7. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. As neededoil, frying

Steps

  1. 1

    🔨🌻👩‍🍳 Mix flour, black pepper, mild southern coating and salt then set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix eggs and milk with parsley

  3. 3

    Heat oil. Coat the hake in the flour mixture then dip in the liquid one. Now Deep Fry.

Hi just wondering.. isn't better to dip the hake in the liquid mixture first before coating with the flour?
So that the the flour can stick well
