Firstly wash keema nicely and add all the ingredients of cooking section and 1/2 glass of water in a pressure cooker and cook it upto 4 whistles.

Now open the lid of the cooker and dry all the water of the mixture if any. And after that grind the mixture in the mixer grinder.

Now add all the ingredients of after blending section to the mixture. Mix it nicely. And now take a small portion of mixture in the hands stuff it with the egg slice and give it patty shape as shown in the picture.

Kabab is ready for shallow fry.

Kabab is ready. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
