Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the fish remove the dirts frim a side.season and magrinate and put in the grill to grill.

  2. 2

    Cut the garden egg,utazi leaves,pepper.

  3. 3

    Rinse the abacha with warm water.in a pot add palmoil place on the heat to bleach a little.

  4. 4

    Add potash and salt then stir.dissolve the ogiri with little water add to it and stir very well.pour in tge ugba stir and scoope out,pour in the abacha,pepper,utazi,

  5. 5

    Arrange in a plate with the grilled fish.by the side put garden egg and ugba.

  6. 6

    Best serve with chilled drink.
