Steps

Put eggs and sugar and beat until light and creamy

Add oil and beat.Then add yoghurt baking powder and cardamon powder and mix well.

Add semolina and coconut flour.Mix well and spread into a6 prepared pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.Meanwhile make the syrup by mixing all the ingredients and let it boil for about 4 to 5 minutes.

After removing from the oven.cut into shapes with a knife then pour the sugar syrup and let it soak the syrup for a bout 10 minutes.Then it is ready to be eaten.

You can garnish with some chopped almonds on top of the squares for a decorative purpose.
