Ingredients

  • 225 gbutter
  • 225 glight muscovado sugar
  • 4eggs
  • 225 gself raising flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a square tin with grease proof paper and preheat oven to 160

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients until smooth and pour into cake tin

  3. 3

    Bake for around 25 minutes

  4. 4

    Cool and top with buttercream if desired

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
