1 cuponion puree
2 cuptomato puree
2 tspginger garlic paste
as neededOil
1 tspCumin seeds
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

Take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it now add onion puree,ginger, garlic paste cook it till them brown.

Now add tomato puree cook again for 7-8 min. Now add all spices mix it well. Cook for 3-5 min.

Add veggies mix well cook for 2 min

Now add required water mix well.cover the lid tightly and cook for 2-3 whistle.

Ready to serve.
