Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized roasted dal papads, broken into small pieces
  2. 1 cupcoarsely crushed homemade moong dal mangodi
  3. 2 tspchilli powder
  4. 4 tspcoriander (dhania) powder
  5. 1 cup curd
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 pinchasafoetida
  11. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan,add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.

    Add the coarsely crushed mangodis and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook till soft.

    Add the papad, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, Add the curds mixture and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.Sabji is ready.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
