  1. Mini papad 9 nos
  2. 1big cucumber
  3. 1big carrot
  4. 1big beetroot
  5. 50 gmscabbage
  6. 1tspoon chat masala
  7. 1tspoon Red chilly powder
  8. 1tspoon salt
  9. 1/2tspoon paprika powder
  10. 1/2tspoon mixed herbs
  11. 2 tablespoonveg mayonese
  12. 2 tablespoontomato sauce
  13. Oil for frying
  14. 1tspoon lemon juice
  15. 1CupSprauted moong
  16. 0no.sev
  17. leavesCoariander

Cooking Instructions

    Fine chop all veggies keep aside. Sprouted moong cook for five minutes.

    Mix all ingredients well except sauce and veg mayonese.fry papad in oil.

    Squeeze lemon juice in veggies,give quick mix.now put papad in plate,spread veggies, then tomato sauce sprinkle sev on it and garnish with veg mayonese and coariander leaves.here I have used khichha papad.you can use urad daal papad.as navratri festival is going on skipped onion and tomato.you can add.
