Cut all the veggies into cubes.(remove tomato seeds). And mix together

Mix together olive oil,lemon juice,lemon zest,salt and pepper to make dressing

Cut pitta bread into cubes and toast it and mix them with veggies.drizzle all the dressing over salad and toss well
