Ingredients

  1. 12 slicesbread
  2. 4boiled potatoes grated
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1Onion chopped with 1 green chilli
  6. 1 tbspShezwan sause
  7. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  8. 1 tspChat masala
  9. 2Cheese cubes grated or mozzarella grated
  10. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  11. 3 tbspMaida
  12. as neededOil for deep frying
  13. To taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    First grate boiled potatoes add all ingredients one by one and mix well and keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes

    Grate cheese cubes or mozzarella and cut the brown sides of the bread and use it for all bread crumbs that we needed

    Take maida in a bowl add salt and make a thick paste by adding little water. Take slice and roll with rolling pin very gently like a sheet and cut with round with cookie cutter or any round shape glass do with the all same

    Now place one round disk and spread potatoes mixture in the centre and on top spread mozzarella or cubes cheese and paste the sides of the disk in every disk give space on all sides that is why we can stick the disk now place the other disk and seal with the finger and press with fork on all sides.now make all disk to ready.

    Now maida paste should be thin like slurry and ready the bread crumbs, heat oil in a kadhai and flame should be med. Now dip the disk in slurry and roll on bread crumbs from all sides and fry in med low flame till golden brown or u can bake it also as 5 pm snacks it is best snack of bread tasty crunchy and yummy. I served with tomato soup. Enjoy this evening snacks with family and friends.
