The quickest & easiest 2minutes 'muggle' supper, thats how my daughter called it ( she s into Harry Potter 😉). Im a very busy muggle that doesnt have the time to bake real #cake 🤣 so i searched online for something easy to make for #supper. This turned out soft and moist. 2 tbsp (28 g)unsalted butter (melted)
3 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbspmilk
1 tspvanilla extract
1egg
Pinchsalt
4 tbspself raising flour
3 tbspfresh berries (i used raspberries)
3 tbspchocolate chips

Steps

Melt butter in the microwave for 10-30 sec.

Add sugar, milk, vanilla extract, egg and a pinch of salt and beat until well combined. I used blender. Once combined, stir in flour. Mix well. Then fold the rapsberries and cholate chips until smooth.

Cook in microwave for 1 min 30 sec (900W) or up to 2 mins. I cooked mine for 2mins. Remember not to fill up your mug or ramekin to the brim because this cake would rise quite high.

Once cooked, allow to cool. Serve with any topping, sauce, frosting or anything you like.
