These lovely red beetroot bites are perfect for your evening snacks(chhoti- chhoti bhookh). Quick,Simple and healthy
Steps

Peel and wash the beet. Boil it as a whole in a pan with little salt and water till properly cooked. Keep it aside.

Mix all the other ingredients except salt and chaat masala in a big bowl.
- 3
Cut the beet into thin slices.
- 4
Fill the prepared stuffing and fold the beet slice half way through.
- 5
Repeat the same with all the slices.
- 6
Sprinkle lime juice,salt and chaat masala over them and serve immediately.

Quick beetroot bites are ready.
