Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tspSalt -
  2. 1 tspGhee -
  3. 1 cupChole - cooked (left over chole masala)
  4. 1 tbspOnion - chopped
  5. 1 tspMint chutney -
  6. 1 tbsp or as requiredSweet chutney -
  7. as neededSev - to sprinkle
  8. as neededCoriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer bowl take 1 cup oats and grind to a powder.

  2. 2

    Now mix oats powder, salt and ghee and knead soft dough.

  3. 3

    Roll it and cook roti on both sides.

  4. 4

    Now take roti in serving dish and put left over chole masala.

  5. 5

    Put chopped onions and sev on it.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle mint chutney and sweet chutney over it.
    Put some more sev and garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Enjoy a unique type of chaat for evening snacks.
