Cooking Instructions

In a mixer bowl take 1 cup oats and grind to a powder.

Now mix oats powder, salt and ghee and knead soft dough.

Roll it and cook roti on both sides.

Now take roti in serving dish and put left over chole masala.

Put chopped onions and sev on it.
- 6
Sprinkle mint chutney and sweet chutney over it.
Put some more sev and garnish with coriander leaves. - 7
Enjoy a unique type of chaat for evening snacks.
