For dough.. Take refined flour and add all the ingredients and knead it. After that refrigerate it for 30 min. After that make layered parata of the whole dough. But do not cook it. Fold the paratha and make again.. Repeat making and folding paratha 4 times.. (As many as times you fold it the multiple layers will be in puffs)

For stuffing... Meanwhile dough is in refrigerator mix all the ingredients of stuffing section and marinate for 15 min. After 15 min take a pan add 1 tsp oil and empty all the content and cook till golden.

Now roll the dough and cut into small pieces. And stuff it. Fold it and milk wash it. After that sprinkle sesame seed on it..

Take a vessel add salt to it. Put stand in it and add the puff in it. As shown in the picture. Close the lid and Cook it on low - medium flame for 45 min (this salt can be reused on further baking recipes).

Ready to serve. Serve it hot with green chutney.
