Steps

Activete yeast. Add water, sugar and yeast

Let rest for 15 mins

Add 3 and a half cups of flour, salt and oil. Mix together.

Add in your yeast mixture as you stir

When well formed move to table stop and start kneading. Kneading will take 10 mins. The remaining flour use for dusting. Line your bowl with oil and cover.

Let it rest and proof for 2 hours. It will have doubled in size.

Roll it as shown below

Cut into equal pieces. Then roll like chapos but not that much. Cover and proof again for 30 mins.

Heat your pan add a little oil then wait till it's hot and smoking. Add the bread cook on both sides for like 2 mins while flipping. It will puff.

Serve warm and on the inside should be as below
