Ingredients

  • 200 gwhite button mushrooms
  • 200 gfresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 300 gcashew nuts (soaked for 2 hrs and drain)
  • 1 cuppurified water
  • 1 pinchground oregano
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 pinchorganic sea salt

Steps

    In a saucepan, pour in oil, sauté mushrooms under low heat for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Combine mushrooms, cashew nuts, water and salt into high-speed blender. Process until smooth. Blend them 2-3 times to make sure they blend well.

  3. 3

    Mix the creamy mixture with oregano or mixed herbs. Serve with fries, burgers or any delicious food!!
