Peel your yam and slice it,add yam and stir, heat some oil,put the sliced yam in the hot oil and allow for 7 minutes if you want it soft,if you want it crispy you can leave it for 10_12 minutes,then remove and put in a sieve

Grind your scotch bonnet and onion, slice some onion and set on fire with some oil,fry for five mins then add some maggi,curry,onga and stir fry for some 3 mins more,then remove from fire and serve with your fried yam
