1 cupUrad Daal
Few slicesChopped ginger
2Chopped green chilli
to tasteSalt
1 tspCumin seeds
As per neededOil to fry
250 gmsCurd
5-6 tbspGreen chutney
5-6 tbspTamarind chutney
Handful cashewnuts

Add spices and mix properly.

Heat oil in a wok and fry Bhalla till golden brown.

Transfer in a bowl of water for soaking to make it extra soft.

Drain water and add beaten curd, both the chutneys and relish
