Ingredients

  • 500 gmsboneless chicken cut into cubes
  • For marinade:
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger
  • 1 tbspgrated garlic
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspor little less salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned under marinade and set aside.

    Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Mix well and keep it aise for one hour. Stick the pieces in wooden skewers. Heat oil and shallow fry the chicken in a grilling pan. Enjoy!
