Steps

First marinate aloo in paste of coriander pudina ginger garlic paste and salt for half hour.

Now take a Kadhai add oil heat it add tadka of jeera, saunf and hing let it splutter then add cinnamon stick cardamom and tej pata after which add marinated aloo and cook well.

Once aloo is cooked add the cooker rice and mix well. Mix in lime juice and serve with onion raita.
