Ingredients

15 minutes
4 people
  • 10aaloo small size (boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons(poppy seeds) khus khus
  • 5-6cashewnuts
  • 2 tablespoonsmustard oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 2whole red chillies per your taste
  • 2green chillies (2 slit lengthwise per your taste)
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take 2 spoons of posto in a bowl, add half glass of water and soak for 2 hours then mix with cashew and grind it and make paste.

    Then cut all boiled potatoes into four pieces. And chopped coriander leaves, take a plate keep here mustard seeds and red chilli

    After than take a pan put on the gas stove, heat them add mustard oil, then at lower medium flame, put mustard seeds and whole red chilli.

    After than add cutting boiled potatoes insides, mix well and cover it from 5 minutes for proper cooking.

    When it seems to somehow reddish add haldi powder and salt mix well.

    After than adding poppy and chashew paste mix well.

    After that add adding half cup of water for making gravy mix well then add half teaspoon of sugar for flavour. After boiling for four minutes then switch of the gas flame, garnish with longitudinal cutting of green chillis.

    Add chopped coriander leaves.

    So, it's ready to serve.
