Milky Panna Cotta Milky Panna Cotta
I couldn't use up an open container of condensed milk, so I thought of making a milky dessert with it, and tried putting it in panna cotta. My husband loves this dessert.Don't let the milk in Step 2 come to a boil!Pour maple syrup or caramel sauce over the panna cotta if you like. If you pour condensed milk over it, it will be even milkier (If you plan to eat the panna cotta with a sauce or syrup, I recommend using less sugar: about 10 g of castor or superfine sugar.) For 2 for dessert, 1 for tasting. Recipe by tamayura62 cookpad.japan -
