Cabbage Manchurian is an indo chinese cuisine or popular indian street food recipe comes in both gravy and dry version and is often served with fried rice recipe or naan or tawa roti.
Cooking Instructions

Take one large bowl and add 2 cup finely chopped cabbage and ½ grated carrot.add½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup maida and 2 tbsp corn flour. Mix well and make cabbage balls.

Take one pan and pour oil,bring it hot to deep fry cabbage ball.

Now in large kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté clove garlic,onions,green chilli,capsicum. saute well. Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, pepper. Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens.

Now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently. cabbage manchurian is ready to serve by garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
