Ingredients

  1. for frying
  2. 1 cupcabbage, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot, grated
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 2 tbspcorn flour
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  8. 2 tbspwater
  9. as requiredoil for deep frying
  10. for gravy
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  13. 4 tbspspring onions, chopped
  14. 1/4onion, finely chopped
  15. 1green chilli, slit
  16. 1/2capsicum, cubes
  17. 1 tspchilli sauce
  18. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  19. 2 tbspvinegar
  20. 1/4 tspsalt
  21. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  22. 1/4 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take one large bowl and add 2 cup finely chopped cabbage and ½ grated carrot.add½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup maida and 2 tbsp corn flour. Mix well and make cabbage balls.

    Take one pan and pour oil,bring it hot to deep fry cabbage ball.

    Now in large kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté clove garlic,onions,green chilli,capsicum. saute well. Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, pepper. Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens.

    Now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently. cabbage manchurian is ready to serve by garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
