In a pan add oil and ghee then add bay leaf once done then add chopped onions cook till transluscent then add ginger garlic paste cook for few mins then add tomato salt stir and in a low flame let all get mashed

Once tomatoes are done,add all masalas, stir it and cook till oil seperates then add chickpeas stir fry then add water when it gets boiled close the lid.

An in low flame cook till 4 whistles and it's done sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with puris..
